6.How to choose my size:
Normally most of our shoes are true to size, but because the US size is divided into men and women, it is best to order according to the European size(yeezy runs half a size small).

7.I placed and order but I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?
During hot release days, order confirmation emails can be delayed, and sometimes end up in your spam folder. As long as you received an order number during checkout then your order did go through. Save your order number for your records and in case you need to contact us.

15.What different with your different batches?
We provide customers with three batches of products, they are UA Batch, 1:1 Batch, Budget Batch.

A. Budget Batch, positioning mid-range. The colorway update speed is relatively fast, and more high-quality alternative materials are used, including leather materials, air cushions, sponges, insoles, etc. The shape is quite satisfactory.

B. 1:1 Batch belongs to an earlier batch, but because the cardboard is earlier, changes and upgrades were made. So this shoe has some discounts. The material is the original material, and the outsole is also a mold developed according to the original.

C. UA Batch, positioning high-end, determines the development of colorway according to the sales of the classic one. The material is made of top-grade original materials, such as Nike designated Sadisa leather material, O'Sleere insoles, Coats sewing thread, the original ZOOM air cushion, and the Vietnamese original shoe tongue Oxford cloth. 16.Are your shoes of good quality?
Yes,we have three batches ,they are all good quality.If you only want the best quality, then we will recommend you to buy the UA version which are top quality shoes.
If you want cost-effective shoes, then you can buy our 1:1 version which are mid quality sneakers. If you want a cheaper sneaker, you can check out our budget version.

17. I ordered multiple items from online, but only received one. Where are the rest of the shoes?
All shoes are shipped separately(one pair one shipping package). If you only receive part of your shipment, don’t worry, you’ll receive tracking on the rest of the items soon.

18. I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond?
Expect a response within 24-48 hours from our representatives. Please allow more during hot releases. Normal, the working time as below:
Washington Time: 8pm to 11am
Beijing Time: 8am to 11pm
Newyork Time: 1am to 4pm

19. What do I do if tracking is telling me my label has been created, but it's not telling me where it is?
There are two things that can be happening. 1) The shipment is being processed currently or 2) The carrier missed the initial scan when they picked up your order. 20. Can I cancel an order I just placed?
If you wish to cancel your order, Contact our cs; however, once the shoes is delivered by our warehouse, it’s impossible to stop the process.

21. Can I exchange my item for a higher priced item if I pay the difference?

22. I’m on the tracking page but my order isn’t showing up, what’s going on?

25.Shoes detained by Customs or Duties

If it's detained by the customs of shipping side ,we will rearrange send one pair to you.(We only arrange to resend shoes once, and we will not be responsible if the parcel detained again.)

If it's detained by the customs of destination side or a matter of tariff, we will bear half part of it for you.

But the chances of being caught by customs are slim.
